    I have discovered the services of UFL more than a year ago now and made use of them quite a lot. So I wasn't surprised that these roses for my friend's birthday were beautiful. She showed me a photo, so I know. Thanks again, dear ladies of UFL!

    Hello! Finally I got a photo from the recipient to be able to see what my bouquet looked like. Where were the small white flowers between the roses, which were clearly seen in your catalog picture? Now the whole bouquet looked completely different, I would say dull. The fact that I upgraded my order to business quality, makes me even more disappointed.

We tried our best to accomplish your wishes for the individual order with wine. Unfortunately, gypsophila was not available and florist replaced it with another greenery.     Disappointing. Ordered the bouquet for the friend on her wedding day. Upgraded the bouquet to the business style. The delivered bouquet was far from the shown on the picture. Looked much worth that it is shown on the site. Sent the complaint to the manager but never received an answer.
